
IMPACT OF SEXUAL TRAUMA DURING MILITARY SERVICE ON CANADIAN FEMALE-IDENTIFYING MILITARY MEMBERS AND VETERANS
Summary: Together with a team of researchers and collaborators from the Canadian Armed Forces, Homewood Health Research Institute, MacDonald/Franklin OSI Research Centre, Servicewomen’s Salute Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada, and Western University. The objective of the project is to understand the experiences of sexual trauma during military service of any current or former Canadian military member, regardless of gender identity, who experienced military sexual trauma. We will be speaking with approximately 20 people for this study. Recruitment has started with support from INJ700, SWS, Centre of Excellence in PTSD, CIMVHR.
